I have personally been in the pool industry for going on 21 years, and have worked with some of the best builders in Naples, allowing for a large amount of growth and hands-on knowledge that comes with time. We strive to be steadfast in our operation and taking care of our clients.

At Southern Roots Pool and Spa the client is our number one priority. Maintaining open communication via phone, email, and text allows us to keep up with our clientele and management of the projects. We use a management software that allows us to keep up with all moving parts of the journey, as well as allow us to maintain an open timeline with the client.

Current projects for new construction pools and spas are in an 8-10 week timeline, with 12 weeks being a high side for all construction to be completed. We strive to perform inside of these ranges. To meet these deadlines, we have a few procedures that allow us to stay ahead of the game. In Florida, there is a “3-day cool down rule” which allows for the contract to be rescinded within 3 days of signing. Upon completion of this timeline, we move forward and order all materials involved in the production of the pool. Pavers, coping, tile, equipment, cage deposit, engineering, and surveys all begin placement for order upon the ending of the cool-down timing to allow prompt delivery of all goods for installation upon execution of a permit. This allows us to move smoothly through the project without delay.
